New Years’ Resolutions:HOW TO KEEP ‘EM

2009 is coming in with full force: America has their first African-American president coming into office, former president Abraham Lincoln is celebrating his 200 th birthday and the United States is witnessing one of the worst economies since the Great Depression. With every new year comes New Years’ Resolution, but how many of you actually stick with it all year? Well, let’s make 2009 a year to remember, here’s some helpful tips.
1. Choose 1 goal
2. Write it down
3. Make a check list to achieve your goal
4. Reward yourself each month that you stick with it.
(Rewards can be simple: a bubble bath, an ice cream sundae, watching your favorite movie two times in a row- nothing fancy)
5. Don’t give up!!
HAPPY NEW YEARS!!
